Why elderberry? Because it is an immunomodulator! It helps the body adjust its immune level, without sending it into overdrive. Considered to be anti-viral, elderberry can sometimes disarm a virus and flush it out of the body before it has a chance to duplicate itself and set up housekeeping.

Checklist for Finding Balance
As a culture, we are feeling anxious. And why not? Our whole world has been turned upside down. No job, no money, no social life, instantly home educating, too much family, too much at home…I mean, you can only clean house SO much. We have now been under the “stay at home” order for over 3 weeks. Are you running out of projects to do? Closets and cupboards are clean and organized, maybe even the basement and garage too! I went thru photos and organized albums for the first time in a few years…yeah, there were a LOT of photos. My husband helped me to mulch our garden beds. I was delighted to find a local greenhouse offering FREE delivery. I was happy to support their small business and get my mulch done too. We are all in this together!
